The early life of Rae Sremmurd

Rae Sremmurd is a hip hop pair of two brothers who are Aaquil Brown and Khalif Brown. They are from America and have been playing rap and hip hop music from an early age. In the beginning, before they gained popularity, they were in a music group of three members and the names of the members were Kid Krunk, Caliboy and Lil Pantz. The third member left the group later on. The group was named as "Dem Outta St8 Boyz" and they performed at local bars, local shows and in the basement of their home. They collected money which they saved up for their future shows, contests and the journey funds. The travel expenses were paid off using their money. They took part in several competitions and shows.

They duo had a successful start. They got offers from record labels like Sony Music and Def Jam Recordings after they came second in the competition for a segment that the duo and Andre Harrys played for BET's hip hop and R&B show, which was also featured in 106 and Park. They made a good start which launched their career and paved their way to success.

Their professional and present life

Their music group's name changed from Dem Outta St8 Boyz to Rae Sremmurd which is the backward spelling of Ear Drummers. They signed a deal with Ear Drummers Entertainment in 2014 nd they recorded their music with them. Their debut albums Sremmlife and Sremmlife 2 were the biggest hits of their careers and it set them on the top of US Billboard hot charts. Despite not getting any formal education in music, the two brothers have been very successful on their own accord. They have taken lessons from Mike Will Made It and he also provided beats for a big part of their commercial music. Besides music, the hip hop duo also has sponsorships from which they earn a good sum of money. 

Their net worth is 3 million US dollars and they have earned it with hard work. The Brown brothers did not have many resources during their childhood. But they acquired fame and name and are loved by all hip hop lovers today.
